📦 Orders & Returns

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and protective packaging.
Please note: Sale and clearance items are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@deborahlindquist.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once received, mail your return via insured USPS to:

Are custom orders refundable?
Custom bridal gowns and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. These items are not eligible for return or refund due to their personalized nature.

How do fittings work for custom gowns?
After placing your custom order, we’ll provide measurement guidance and recommend a schedule for fittings (virtual or in-person as needed).

Each collection is designed with intention, memory, and regenerative ethics. From deadstock denim to vintage cashmere, we prioritize upcycled, organic, and eco-conscious fabrics.

How do I choose my size?
We use carefully developed patterns and consistent measurements to ensure proper fit. Each product includes specific sizing details, and our Size Chart offers a helpful reference. Still unsure? Reach out—we’re happy to assist.

Will the appliqué design be exactly as shown?
Yes. While each piece is handmade, applique placement follows a set design to ensure visual consistency. The uniqueness comes from the one-of-a-kind fabric combinations—not a change in design layout.

What does “upcycled” mean in your collections?
We transform rescued post-consumer cashmere and deadstock fabrics into new designs, reducing waste and supporting a sustainable fashion cycle. Learn more about our Collections & Process .

📦 Shipping & Launch

When will my order ship?
Orders placed during our launch period will ship within 5–7 business days, unless noted otherwise. Preorders or custom pieces may require more time—see product pages for specific info.

Are all styles available at launch?
