Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Deborah Lindquist Eco Lifestyle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with an eligible return or exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our online store.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and protective packaging intact.

Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and your return package must also be shipped within that same 14-day period. Returns requested or shipped after the 14-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale and Clearance items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. They are not eligible for refunds.

All returns must be authorized in advance. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please email us at support@deborahlindquist.com.

Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Once your RMA has been issued, securely package your return and ship it via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to:

Please note: This is a United States Postal Service (USPS) Post Office Box. UPS, FedEx, and other private carriers cannot deliver to this address.

For your protection, please insure your return shipment for its full value and email your USPS tracking number to support@deborahlindquist.com after your package has been shipped. Deborah Lindquist Eco Lifestyle is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom-made garments, custom bridal gowns, special orders, and made-to-order garments are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
