About Our Collections

Deborah Lindquist Eco Lifestyle Is a love story — with the Earth, with memory, and with mindful design. Through two complementary lines, I create eco-conscious fashion that honors the past while looking toward a regenerative future.

♻️ Green Queen by Deborah Lindquist

Vegan, stylish, and designed with zero cruelty, the Green Queen line offers modern pieces made from organic, sustainable, and deadstock materials. This collection is 100% vegan, focusing on plant-based and technical fabrics with low environmental impact. Expect elevated basics that merge intention with ease — no compromise required.

🧵 Deborah Lindquist Upcycled Collections:

These lines celebrate the beauty of reincarnation. I work with vintage materials — including cashmere, lace, sari remnants, denim, and parachute — to create one-of-a-kind and small-batch pieces. Many of these garments are hand-appliquéd, dyed, or reconstructed in the studio, carrying a signature of memory and craftsmanship.

Fabrics That Speak:

Organic Fabrics-We use non-GMO, pesticide-free cotton and linen grown without synthetic fertilizers. These fibers support healthier soil, cleaner air, and more regenerative farming practices.

Hemp-One of nature’s most sustainable fibers, hemp requires minimal water, grows without pesticides, and naturally enriches the soil. Its strength, breathability, and beautiful drape make it a favorite across seasons — especially in the Green Queen line.

Modal & Other Eco-Cellulose Fibers-Derived from beech trees in responsibly managed forests, modal offers a silky-soft feel with a low environmental footprint. Processed in a closed-loop system that recycles water and solvents, it aligns with our values of renewal and care. You’ll find it in tees, slips, and layering pieces.

Recycled / Reincarnated Textiles-Fashion is littered with excess — I rescue and reincarnate those materials. Think reclaimed cashmere, vintage lace, upcycled jeans, and rescued saris, retired military parachutes, each reborn into something new.

Deadstock Fabrics-Fabrics left behind by large factories — unused, neglected, yet beautiful. I salvage these rolls and craft limited-edition garments that whisper history.

Vegan Fabrics-Green Queen is fully vegan. Here, you’ll find cruelty-free fabrics selected not only for ethics, but for sustainability. From sustainable hemp, organic, and deadstock fabrics, each textile excludes animal products and minimizes harm.

Special Textiles & Sonic Fabric-Occasionally, I experiment with avant-garde material like sonic fabric—woven from audio cassette tapes and thread—merging memory, sound, and surface into wearable expression.

🌍 Local Production, Global Vision

All garments are designed and produced in Los Angeles. All embellishment  is done in-studio by hand. We strive to create as little waste as possible — and to turn what remains into art. Packaging is minimal and recyclable.

A Collection of Intention

These are not trend-driven pieces. Each garment is a statement, an artifact, a conversation. Whether you’re seeking a made-to-order gown, a dramatic bustier, or a sustainably made tee — there’s a story waiting for you here.

Custom Craftsmanship Across Our Collections

Every piece in our eco lifestyle collections—including denim, cashmere, parachute, and bustier styles—is designed with intentional individuality. We work with reclaimed materials, vintage accents, and hand-finished techniques that ensure each item carries its own story.

Because of this, many of our garments are classified as custom products, and you may notice natural variations in color, texture, or appliqué placement. These differences are not flaws—they are the mark of authenticity.

We do accept returns and exchanges on most  items unless otherwise noted. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges or reach out with any questions.

Great skirt!

Love the parachute skirt!! I bought one skirt in a size that didn’t fit with plans to return and my daughter tried that skirt on and now has it. She loves it as well!

Ruth Deco Gown

Sophisticated, Simple and Stunning

When I got engaged, I started to panic about what I would wear so I reached out to a friend who has the ultimate taste in clothes and fashion to help. Soon enough, she sent me a picture of the Ruth Deco Gown she found on Pinterest. Since I love “old Hollywood” and decades of the past, she knew this would be perfect for me. Her impeccable taste came through for me!

I googled the image and was thrilled to find that Deborah was the designer and that I could purchase the gown. I started an email dialogue with Deborah to get the ball rolling.

Deborah is so responsive, even to what I thought were likely silly questions. I sent her my measurements and she sent me a mock up to try on. With a face time video and a quick discussion on sizing, Deborah got going on the actual gown. It was done quickly and with plenty of communication back and forth. Since my wedding was months away, I lost some weight and Deborah adjusted the sizing for me when we decided on the actual length with train. (And she made a bustle!)

First of all, the fabric is gorgeous to look at and even better to wear. It is just so soft and breathable. The style is timeless, simple yet sophisticated. The straps are adjustable for the perfect fit.

I never thought I would end up with a wedding gown custom made for ME, so this definitely added a pleasant surprise to my wedding dreams.

I feel like this gown would look beautiful on anyone. Especially since deborah is a master at what she does and knows exactly how to make it just perfect for her client. And for the record, Deborah is also an amazing person who makes you feel like you have been friends forever. How do you beat that?!

Cathedral Veil
Pamela Micks
Wow! Wow! Wow!

I can’t even think of all the words to describe this amazing, gorgeous veil! I was lucky enough to be able to purchase this for my wedding. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. I didn’t want anything on top of my head so Deborah switched it to a comb which made it perfect for me.

This veil was so incredible with the Ruth Deco Gown (which I also purchased). At first I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to wear a veil but I am SO glad I bought this. Everyone who saw it was impressed and I’ll have it captured in time in my wedding photos forever.

The best part is that after my wedding I was so sad at the thought of this hanging in my closet forever. So I contacted Deborah and she helped me repurpose the veil into a beautiful flutter jacket that I can wear over and over.

Beautiful wardrobe addition

I knew I wanted the Kelly jacket the moment I saw it. It is such a beautiful cut and very flattering, not to mention unique from anything else out there. (Ive been looking for a lilac top like in the picture) Deborah helped me make sure the arm length was perfect for me, as sleeve length can be an issue for me. You’ll feel like a model in this jacket!

Beautiful soft sweater. Love it.
