This minimalist bias dress is one one of our favorite seasonless luxury basic dresses and is the perfect starting point to showcase jewelry and accessories or layer under one of our jackets or sweaters.

The Phoebe is a limited edition offering in our deadstock fabric category. Deadstock fabrics are end of roll fabrics from production and  fit into our sustainable fabric category as they are rescued from potential destruction or landfill.
