Samhain: Between Harvest and Becoming

A threshold between worlds.
November 1, Samhain is a Celtic seasonal threshold, marking the end of the harvest and the beginning of the darker half of the year. It’s the original root of what we now call Halloween, but its meaning is far more soulful than costumes and candy.
