A Threshold of Light and Dark

“Balance isn’t about perfect symmetry. It’s about awareness.”

The Fall Equinox marks a moment of equilibrium—when daylight and darkness meet as equals. It’s the hinge of the year, inviting us to turn inward as the light recedes and autumn takes hold.

This shift touches more than the earth. Our own balance—physical, emotional, energetic—is quietly tested. We feel it in subtle ways. Restlessness. Fatigue. A desire to simplify.
